Booking & Deposit Policy
Appointments can be booked through our online booking website.If you require a date and time that isn’t available on the booking website you can contact me at 647-829-9432 and I will try my best to accommodate you. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book all services.Your deposit will go towards your total cost and the balance is due on the day of the service.Please note that ALL deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and by booking an appointment and paying the deposit you are consenting and acknowledging to that.
Rescheduling Policy
You are allowed to reschedule once with 72 hours notice, anything less than 72 hours the deposit will be forfeited.Cancellation Policy
I do my best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to my cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated, I require 72 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. If I don’t receive 72 hour notice to cancel your appointment unfortunately, your deposit will be forfeited.Allure Creations is primarily a “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY” business, therefore, last minute cancellations will have a great impact on the business, as a result deposits are required on all services.
No Show / Same Day Cancellation Policy
CLIENTS WHO DO NOT SHOW, or cancel/reschedule the day of their appointment will automatically have their deposit forfeited and charged for the FULL REMAINING BALANCE of the service(s) booked. A reminder/confirmation text and /or email is always sent 3 days prior to your appointment, if you need to reschedule use that time to do so.Please be courteous with my time as I am with yours. I have zero tolerance for NO SHOWS as this causes a negative impact on the business, as a result if you no show and wish to rebook an appointment you will be required to pay the service in its entirety upon booking.
